These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and mee88 ("mee88", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the mee88 online gaming platform available at https://mee88.cam and all associated services, applications, and tools.

By creating a mee88 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an active Account on mee88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. mee88 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all real-money gambling activities. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced via mandatory KYC verification.
• You are registering as an individual natural person, acting on your own behalf and not as a representative, agent, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, or immediate family member of mee88, its affiliates, or any associated service providers.
• You are not residing in or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, and you have independently verified your legal entitlement to participate in online gambling activities.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you, and you are not subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list or equivalent programme, whether operated by mee88 or any third-party responsible gambling authority, that would restrict your access to online gambling services.
• You have not previously had an Account on mee88 that was closed, suspended, or terminated due to a breach of these Terms.

Each eligible individual may register one Account only on the mee88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. mee88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login details. You agree to notify mee88 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

mee88 is required to verify the identity of all Users as part of its obligations under international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and its gaming licensing requirements. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed.

Documents Required

Users will typically be required to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian MyKad (IC), Driver's Licence, or Passport.
• Proof of Address: A document dated within the last three months confirming your residential address — such as a utility bill (Tenaga Nasional, Syabas, Indah Water), bank statement, or official government correspondence.
• Proof of Payment: Evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits — such as a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, or bank account statement showing your name and account details.

Verification Timeline

mee88 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Complex cases or cases requiring enhanced due diligence may take longer. Users will be notified by email and in-platform notification upon successful verification or if additional information is required.

mee88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to place holds on withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

Accepted Payment Methods

mee88 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank direct transfer, CIMB direct transfer, Public Bank direct transfer, Hong Leong Bank direct transfer, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC and USDT). The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. mee88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
• mee88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Unverified Accounts are not eligible to withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are typically processed within 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX transfers are typically completed within 5–15 minutes. Bank wire transfers may take 15–60 minutes. Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• mee88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or where fraud is suspected. This may extend processing times.
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply. Users may contact support for details applicable to their Account tier.

mee88 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement which must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., a 10x requirement on a RM100 bonus means RM1,000 in total bets must be placed).
• Maximum Bonus Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is RM50, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this threshold may result in the bonus being voided.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute between 10% and 50%. Specific contribution rates are disclosed on the promotion detail page.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses must be claimed and all associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window stated in the specific promotion terms, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from claim date.
• Bonus Stacking: Unless explicitly permitted, only one bonus may be active at any time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in all bonus balances being forfeited.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions — particularly no-deposit bonuses and free spin offers — impose a maximum withdrawal cap on bonus-derived winnings. This cap is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Abuse: mee88 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms rather than participate in good faith.

All bets placed on the mee88 Platform are subject to the following general betting rules, as well as sport-specific and market-specific rules communicated within the Platform's betting interface.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted and valid when a confirmation message is displayed and a bet reference number is issued to the User. mee88 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per market, and per User Account. These limits may vary based on Account tier, event type, and market. Users may contact support for details specific to their Account.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by mee88 in circumstances including: the event being cancelled or abandoned, obvious pricing errors, data feed failure, or where the bet was placed after the event's outcome was known.
• Live In-Play Betting: Live betting odds fluctuate rapidly. mee88 is not liable for any bet accepted at an obviously erroneous in-play price resulting from a technical delay in odds updating.
• Disputes: Any dispute regarding a settled bet must be raised with mee88 support within 30 days of the relevant event settling. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mee88 Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Creating, operating, or funding multiple Accounts simultaneously or sequentially.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Using automated betting scripts, bots, or software tools to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from mee88.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including chip dumping, arbitrage exploitation, or deliberate manipulation of wagering requirements.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund an Account.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the mee88 Platform.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, copying, or otherwise extracting Platform data, odds, or content for commercial use without authorisation.

mee88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• A request made by the User under the self-exclusion programme.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring Account closure.
• An extended period of Account inactivity (as defined in the Platform's dormant account policy).

Where an Account is closed due to a User's breach of these Terms, mee88 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance, including any real money funds and bonus funds. Where an Account is closed for reasons not attributable to the User's fault, mee88 will return verified real money funds to the User via a verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting mee88 support. All pending bets will be settled according to their outcome. Verified real money balances will be returned to the User subject to completed KYC and standard withdrawal processing times.

All content available on the mee88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, game assets, data feeds, odds compilations, audio and visual materials — is the exclusive property of mee88 or is licensed to mee88 by third-party rights holders. All such content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, database rights, and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other use is permitted without the express prior written consent of mee88.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any Platform content or software without authorisation. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in Account termination and potential legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mee88, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, however caused, regardless of the theory of liability.

mee88's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of the Account balance held at the time the relevant claim arose.

mee88 is not liable for any losses arising from: force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of war, governmental actions, or network failures; delays caused by third-party payment processors; errors in third-party data feeds affecting live odds; or the User's own failure to comply with applicable laws.

mee88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that empower Users to maintain control over their gambling activity. We believe gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a means of financial recovery, escape from personal difficulties, or compulsive behaviour.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered mee88 Users and may be activated via Account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set limits on the duration of individual gambling sessions, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during the current session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which access to gambling features is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to permanently restrict their access to mee88 may request self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the chosen period and will not be lifted early under any circumstances.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which mee88 holds its gaming licence, which may be subject to change.

In the event of a dispute between mee88 and a User, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation. Users must submit any complaint formally in writing to the mee88 support team. mee88 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve them within 28 days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by mee88's licensing authority, as applicable at the time. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be binding on both parties.

mee88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform unless a specific effective date is stated.

Where changes are material in nature, mee88 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users in advance via email, in-platform notification, or prominent notice on the Platform. However, it remains the User's responsibility to review the Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the mee88 Platform following the publication of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.
